• Leads league and special meetings and takes full responsibility for league operations
• Attends or delegates attendance to District meetings

• Performs duties as assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD)
  
• Attends and reports on City of Folsom meetings
• Manages required background checks
• Presides over meetings in the President's absence

• Conducts financial transactions as necessary to run league
• Keeps records of spending/revenue
• Prepares annual budget

• Manages team rosters and player eligibility lists
  
• Oversees player evaluations, registration, and drafts
• Organizes player draft events and manages player movements (trades, withdrawals, removals)

• Coordinates selection and training of umpires
• Coordinates umpire scheduling for games
• Schedules and holds umpire clinics

• Orders & inventories League & team equipment
• Coordinates jersey process & ordering
  

• Primary contact between the league and division teams
  
• Helps resolve issues or concerns from coaches and parents
• Monitors team compliance with league rules and policies
• Supports scheduling and coordinates communication across teams

• Liaison between the league and coaches/parents to share info
• Organizes parent volunteers for team/league activities, including picture day
  
• Helps coordinate concessions shifts
  

• Oversees player and spectator safety protocols
• Manages incident reports and respond to injuries or accidents

• Oversees daily operations at the concessions stand
• Coordinates/schedules volunteers for staffing for games/events
  

• Secures sponsorships from local businesses and organizations
  
• Tracks contributions and provide updates to the BOD

• Creates/posts content on social media platforms
  
• Manages league communications and public relations efforts
• Responds to comments and messages across social media channels
  

Web & Operations Manager

• Manages and updates the league website regularly
• Oversees player registration and resolve technical issues
• Coordinates game and practice schedules across teams

• Reviews and manages scholarship applications for players
•  Maintains records of scholarship awards and fund usage
  
• Collaborate with the President/BOD to allocate scholarships

• Coordinate field usage for games and practices
  
• Oversee all field maintenance activities
  
• Manage setup and teardown of equipment as needed
